Welcome to LaszloApps.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use and purchase of digital products offered through our website and Paddle checkout.

By purchasing or downloading any app (including the Babysitter App), you agree to these Terms.

LaszloApps is operated by an independent developer, Laszlo Slezak, residing in Spain (European Union).

LaszloApps provides mobile applications (“Apps”) such as the Babysitter App.

All apps are delivered digitally in APK format for Android devices.

All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

You will receive a valid invoice and payment confirmation directly from Paddle after purchase.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the app for your own purposes.

You may not resell, distribute, or modify the app without LaszloApps’ permission.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy (see the separate page).

All apps are provided “as is.”

LaszloApps is not responsible for any data loss, indirect damages, or technical issues arising from the use of the app.
